this is how you do it:

1.dice roll

This dice is not existing.

2.damage, this is how you figure out how much damage
say you have 1 defence and the stick man has 5 atk so 1-5=4...
formula:
def - atk = damage

Random number (0,4) :

3

and thats just the random damage that the stick man will hit on you.

3.missing
its a miss if you roll a zero...

Random number (0,0) :

0
